Introduction to Tantra

Overview:

This is an ideal way to experience and learn about Tantra. The course introduces you to some of the basic practices of Tantra and explores the integration of spiritual and sexual energy in the safe setting of a group of men.

Course Elements:

The course covers many practices including meditation, yoga, movement, sensual/sexual massage, intimacy exercises and special tantric rituals.

Topics:

The course centres around ‘intimacy’. You will be offered close and intimate contact with other men in a way that is spiritual, connected, sensual and sometimes sexual. We will also explore the themes of surrender and receiving through our rituals and massage. The question of sexual energy and the separation from orgasm to ejaculation will be introduced and we will experience these possibilities through a special massage ritual. The course is facilitated with much fun and lightness.

Course Entry Requirements:

To attend this course you do not need to have any previous tantric experience. This course is open to everybody who has an interest in Tantra. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to participate.

Private 121 Tantra Tuition

Overview:

Tantra4GayMen (T4GM) now offers you the opportunity for your very own private Tantra course with our primary tantra teacher, Jason.

Offering 5 sessions lasting 3 hours each, Jason introduces you to the different aspects of Tantra.

The course will also introduce active meditation, partnered sensual energy exercises, tantric massage experienced through the chakras together with a special ritual exploring giving and surrendering in total intimacy and sensuality. You will also experience some basic yoga, a special cleansing ritualand also a special bonding ritual that can take you to new orgasmic heights

This introductory programme will enable you to gain a deeper understanding, enabling you to work out whether Tantra is the right path for you.

Due to the nature of the programme, you will work closely with Jason as he facilitates you through the different aspects of this journey. In this programme you will be introduced to the chakras through active breathing meditation, massage and through partnered exploration of them.

This course is an ideal way to experience Tantra in a private setting. You will be invited to give and receive sensual massage and explore your intuition through touch.

Intimacy plays a large part of the exercises and rituals that are offered. Much of the course brings you into contact with yourself and Jason in a way that is spiritual, intimate, sensual and lots of fun. It maybe that you experience intimacy in a way that you haven’t before. Your senses will be tantalised and teased again to bring you to the point of total surrender and acceptance.

The course is offered with much love, fun and a space of connectedness with Jason through a light, sometimes challenging but personally rewarding experience.

Each session begins with a space to check in and Jason will introduce you to the programme. At the end of each session there is time for your reflection and sharing of your experience.

The course introduces you to some of the basic concepts of Tantra experientially with yourself and with Jason that integrates both your spiritual and sexual energy.

The sessions are offered in a Tantra studio in central Bristol and Jason is flexible with his schedule with the aim of finding a time that suits you. The session appointments can be offered as flexibility as you like. You can choose to have a weekly appointment, fortnightly or even as full 2 day course.

Jason is also available to travel if you prefer to have this course either at your home or at a different location. You will be asked to cover travel costs (typically 40p per mile) and if required reasonable overnight accommodation costs. Ecstasy of the Self

Overview:

This course invites you to continue your tantric journey by introducing new exercises and rituals that will open the possibility to experience consciously your orgasmic and ecstatic states.

Course Elements:

In these 2 days we will offer new active meditations, partnered yoga stretching, learning genital massage techniques, tantric massage exchange, exercises to awaken your ecstatic energy and a special ritual that focuses on being witnessed in a deep and intimate way.

Topics:

The course focuses on the subjects of orgasmic energy and your ability to sustain this for extended periods of time. In this orgasmic bubble it offers you the potential to observe your physical and emotional self. It also introduces the techniques on how to transform orgasmic energy into ecstatic energy and what happens when this is fused with others in deep connection. The course continues the tantric journey of challenging the limits of your boundaries and offers you the possibility of being witnessed in your ultimate ecstasy whilst being held in love and heart connection.
